Щоб субота не була нудною, YouTube видалив канал Меморіалучерез «порушення правил щодо спаму, обману й шахрайства». Ясно, що це дурня.
Ми згадали, як кілька місяців боролися за відновлення Instagram. Апеляції — мимо.
Розблокували лише після нашого заклику користувачам писати звернення до Meta та публічно нас підтримати.
Готувалися до подібної боротьби. Натомість YouTube повернув канал за 15 хвилин після надсилання апеляції. І цим дуже здивував.
Нижче текст апеляції. Мій перший варіант був удвічі довшим, але довелося скоротити, бо ліміт — лише 800 знаків.
Раптом комусь стане у нагоді як приклад.
On 18 Oct 2025, our YouTube channel (youtube.com/@memorial2022) was removed for alleged “spam, deceptive practices, and scams.” We request a manual re-review: the decision is mistaken and appears driven by bad-faith reports.
The channel belongs to the NGO Memorial Platform (EDRPOU 45556107), a non-profit in transitional justice and commemoration, adhering to International Every Casualty’s Standards and publicly recognized (Best Social Project 2024 by Ukrainska Pravda; Responsibility Award 2024).
Our content has no spam or deception — no artificial engagement, phishing, or false claims. Donation links go to our official bank account; reports are at memorial.ua/financial-reports. We are ready to provide any additional information required to review our appeal.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
