Монумент председателю Совета министров Российской империи и почетному гражданину Екатеринбурга торжественно откроют 16 августа, в день празднования Дня города, пишет газета мэрии «Вечерний Екатеринбург».
Памятник представляет из себя сидящего Петра Столыпина, который опирается на трость. У подножия справа надпись: «Нам нужна великая Россия!». Скульптура появилась на площади у вуза еще 1 июля, а открыть его планировали в первой половине месяца. Но открытие затянулось. Все это время, за исключением 9 июля, памятник стоит обтянутый пленкой.
