10 февраля 2025 года в рамках начавшейся акции «Народный референдум» активисты Московского городского отделения КПРФ и МОГ ЛКСМ РФ собирали подписи жителей столицы по вопросам национализации ЖКХ, введения государственного регулирования ценообразования, отмены пенсионной «реформы» и принятия закона о государственной социальной поддержки поколения «Детей войны». Коммунисты и комсомольцы также распространяли последние выпуски газеты «Правда Москвы», содержащие перечень выносимых на Народный референдум вопросов.
