Продажа коммерческих помещений приносят хорошую выручку и влияют на всю экономику девелоперского проекта. 🟢Оптимальный вариант. Выбрать 3-4 небольших коммерческих помещения, которые подойдут под дарксторы и не будут создавать транспортные неудобства и не будут ставить под угрозу безопасность жителей ЖК. Отдать на баланс УК, которая будет сдавать их в долгосрочную аренду под нужды дарксторов. Это окажется менее выгодно в моменте, но на дистанции комфорт и удовлетворённость жителей принесёт гораздо больше выгоды, чем, если продать эти помещения частным лицам.
