"Первый обстрел начался 5-го числа, а к 6-му дому уже тряслись стекла от взрывов. Свет, газ и воду отключили сразу. К 9-му числу находиться в Коренево стало невозможно: постоянные обстрелы, дроны в небе, еды не хватало. Мы сидели в одной комнате без движения, опасаясь выйти на улицу.
11-го числа ночью удалось эвакуироваться. Выезжали под обстрелами.
На выезде из села, у моста, пять машин, в которых люди пытались сбежать, были расстреляны украинскими военными. Это были гражданские машины с семьями. Все погибли. Минимум 15 человек, а возможно, больше. Никто не выжил."
