Оказавшись в Казани, мы стремительно направились изучать татарскую кухню в ресторан «Чирэм»

Взяли всего и понемножку, и делимся личным топом:

— эчпочмаки с начинкой из гуся, телятины и картофелем (290₽);
— закрытый пирог Элеш с цыпленком и картофелем (280₽);
— если хочется еще картошки — хрустящий блин Кыстыбый (440₽) идеально дополнит стол.

Особенно хочется выделить сладкий пирог Губадию (410₽) с щедрой прослойкой из яйца, риса, изюма и курта. Такую выпечку часто готовят на свадьбу, а раньше даже считалось, что если девушка умеет его правильно печь — она готова к семейной жизни.
