الرسول ﷺ خرج من عند السيدة جويرية رضي الله عنها بعد صلاة الفجر وكانت جالسة في مسجدها تذكر الله، ورجع مرة تانية وقت الضحى، وكانت لسة قاعدة مكانها بتذكر الله فقال لها ﷺ: "لقَدْ قُلتُ بَعْدَكِ أَرْبَعَ كَلِمَاتٍ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، لو وُزِنَتْ بما قُلْتِ مُنْذُ اليَومِ لَوَزَنَتْهُنَّ: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ، وَرِضَا نَفْسِهِ، وَزِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ، وَمِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ"..
الذكر الي قاله الرسول ﷺ مياخدش دقيقة، ورغم كدا وزنه وثوابه أكبر من كل المدة اللي هي جلست تذكر فيها ربنا!
ومن صيغ الذكر المضاعف كمان: سبحان الله عدد ما خلق، سبحان الله ملء ما خلق، سبحان الله عدد ما في الأرض والسماء، سبحان الله ملء ما في الأرض والسماء، سبحان الله عدد ما أحصى كتابه، سبحان الله ملء ما أحصى كتابه، سبحان الله عدد كل شيء، سبحان الله ملء كل شيء..
وتقدر تقولها وتستبدل سبحان الله بالحمد لله.
