صد سالگی موسسه رازی؛ مارهایی که جان ایرانیان و سربازان آمریکایی را نجات دادند

میلیون‌ها ایرانی و شماری از سربازان آمریکایی جان خود را مدیون گاو‌های طاعون‌زده‌ای هستند که در عهد قاجار زندگی کشاورزان را سیاه کردند. زمانی که ایران اسیر قحطی و خشک‌سالی بود و سرمایه دهقانان یکی یکی بر زمین می‌افتاد، دولتمردان به فکر راه‌اندازی موسسه‌ای افتادند که امسال صد سالگی خود را جشن گرفت.

موسسه رازی زمستان ۱۳۰۳ در اواخر سلطنت احمدشاه، به پیشنهاد مصطفی قلی‌بیات، خواهرزاده مصدق و بنیانگذار دانشکده کشاورزی کرج و با نطق تاثیرگذار عبدالحسین تیمورتاش، وزیر فوائد عامه (اقتصاد) در مجلس به تصویب رسید. قرار شد یک متخصص با حقوق چهار هزار تومان از فرانسه به ایران برود و چاره‌ای برای این مصیبت پیدا کند.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
