23 августа – День воинской славы России. В этот день в 1943 году советские войска в Курской битве разгромили немецко-фашистских захватчиков. Эта битва была последней надеждой Гитлера. После разгрома в Сталинграде вермахт остро нуждался в крупной победе для поднятия морального духа своих солдат, для чего немецкое командование и пустилось в «авантюру» с попыткой взять Курск. После этого поражения вермахт уже не смог подняться.

Исторические параллели очевидны. Сейчас обработанные националистической пропагандой украинцы, выполняя роль тарана, отправлены западными партнёрами умирать в новой Курской битве. Но результат будет такой же, как и 80 лет назад.
