Последние дни в Москве своей хлябью напоминают о весне (что довольно парадоксально для начала января), и я вспомнила план наводнения Санкт-Петербурга двухсотлетней давности, который в ноябре встречала в классном канале GIS AND PEACE.
Источник этого плана — проект ЭтоМесто. И, как пишет автор канала, на крупном изображении можно увидеть отметки с глубинами затопления. Наводнение колоссальное (например, затоплены Сенная площадь и половина Невского) — а план очень красивый.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
