Ткачев также подчеркнул, что США уже движутся в этом направлении, несмотря на доминирующее влияние доллара, и к этому стремится Великобритания. По его мнению, это доказывает, что криптовалюта является серьезным финансовым инструментом.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
