В 2026 году в Приморском районе Петербурга откроется торговый центр «Ю'Молл» площадью 5 450 кв. м, который станет частью жилого комплекса «Юнтолово». Основным арендатором выступит федеральная сеть «Лента», разместившая здесь супермаркет «Супер Лента» площадью 1 250 кв. м. Проект включает два здания, соединённых пешеходной зоной с фуд-кортом, малыми торговыми павильонами и зонами отдыха. В дальнейшем добавятся гастрономическая площадь, семейный универмаг, фитнес-центр и ресторан с террасой. Архитектура центра гармонирует с застройкой района, а открытая П-образная структура упрощает навигацию. Девелопер «Главстрой Санкт-Петербург» уже реализовал в комплексе 700 тыс. кв. м жилья, социальные объекты и коммерческую инфраструктуру, что повышает привлекательность локации для арендаторов и покупателей.
