او افزود اسرائیل و آمریکا برای این جنگ ۱۵ سال برنامه‌ریزی کرده بودند، اما در ارزیابی درباره خامنه‌ای، مردم و توان دفاعی نیروهای مسلح دچار اشتباه شدند.
