Неплохая книга по кластеризации - для любителей жёсткой теории, сначала даётся большой математический обзор: ЧУМ, энтропия, выпуклые множества, гиперграфы, мультимножества (выше был пост про обобщённую энтропию - там рисунки из этой книги), потом уже разбираются алгоритмы кластеризации. Много теорем с доказательствами. Примеры кода на python и R (тут на чём удобнее, на том автор и писал). В приложении опять много математики: спектральные функции, проблема NP-полноты и т.п. Из минусов: нет как примеров практических кейсов кластеризации, так и каких-то советов для практиков.

Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
