А Госдума в лице остальных депутатов тут же и приняла его, первой забив этот "гвоздь в крышку гроба" местного самоуправления?

Хочется напомнить, как выглядят лишь некоторые "народные избранники" в Госдуме. Народ должен знать, кому сказать "спасибо" за очередное попрание его прав.
