13 мая Госдума приняла законопроект во II и III чтениях. С 1 марта 2026 года легковые автомобили для такси можно будет приобретать только отечественного производства с высокой степенью локализации.
🌐 Изначально планировалось, что требования вступят в силу с 1 октября 2025 года, но теперь добавлены отсрочки. В Калининграде они начнут действовать с 1 марта 2028 года, а в Дальневосточном округе — с 1 марта 2030 года. Для Сибири отсрочка также составит до 1 марта 2028 года.

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
