انتشار ویدئوها و تصاویر عروسی پرزرق‌وبرق دختر علی شمخانی ، از چهره‌های بلندپایه نظام و مشاور علی خامنه‌ای، موجی از خشم و انتقاد در شبکه‌های اجتماعی به راه انداخته است.
کاربران در واکنش، تصاویری از دختران و زنانی را منتشر کرده‌اند که در خیابان‌ها به‌دلیل پوشش یا حتی چند تار مو بیرون‌مانده، با خشونت گشت ارشاد و پلیس امنیت روبه‌رو شده‌اند.
یکی از کاربران با انتشار یکی از این تصاویر نوشته:
«دخترای عادی ایران که به دست جمهوری اسلامی در ایران اشغالی کشته شدن VC دختر شمخانی که تو ناز و نعمت تو ایران جشن میلیاردی گرفته»
کاربر دیگری با اشاره به کشته شدن حنانه کیا که چند روز پیش از جشن عروسی‌اش، در ۳۰ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ به دست نیروهای جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد، نوشته:
«یه تکه از فیلم عروسی دختر شمخانی رو دیدم و یک ساعت برای حنانه کیا اشک ریختم.»

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
