Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining "Qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalarini va energiya tejovchi texnologiyalarni joriy etishni jadallashtirish toʻgʻrisida"gi PQ-57-son Qarori ijrosini taʼminlash yuzasidan Toshkent tumanida amaliy choralar koʻrilmoqda. Mazkur qarordan koʻzlangan asosiy maqsad – elektr energiyasidan tejamkor va oqilona foydalanish, ayniqsa, qayta tiklanuvchi manbalardan, xususan quyosh panellaridan samarali foydalanish hisoblanadi.
