В материалах следствия говорится, что с июня 2012 года по август 2013 года руководитель ООО "Адекс" Евгений Петров по договоренности с работниками банка предоставил в кредитную организацию подложные документы и получила кредиты на общую сумму 190 млн рублей. Деньги были обналичены и легализованы через фирмы-однодневки. После этого компания "Адекс" была обанкрочена с целью уклонения от исполнения кредитных обязательств.
На имущество обвиняемых на сумму более 75 млн рублей наложен арест. Уголовное дело передано в суд.
