В «Точке спокойствия» уже прошли два тренинга с участием опытных психологов. ▫️Первый был посвящён расслаблению и самопознанию. ▫️Второй — управлению эмоциями и эмпатии.
Сегодня в 10:30 в аудитории 408 главного корпуса пройдет следующий тренинг. Для участия — пишите руководителю проекта Валерии Пановой.
