الاستخفاف بالصلاة له صور متعددة :
منها : تأخير الصَّلاة عن أوَّل وقتها من دون انشغال بحاجةٍ أو ضرورة حياتيَّة ، أو علميَّة أو غير ذلك، بمعنى أنَّه لا يشغله شيء عن المسارعة والمبادرة إلى أداء الصَّلاة في أوَّل الوقت ، سوى أنّه لا يعيرها أهميَّة ، ويؤخّرها بدون داعٍ شرعيّ أو عقليّ إلى آخر الوقت .
ومنها : أن يؤدي الصلاة بتكاسل وتثاقل وعدم الشوق إليها .
