На 24 октября в Брестоблсуде запланирован суд над Коршуном Виталием Чеславовичем. Роль судьи исполнит Светлана Кременевская.
Виталию предъявили 5 статей УК, которые часто используются в репрессивных делах: ч.2 ст.367 (Клевета на А.Лукашенко), ч.1 ст.342 УК (Групповое нарушение общественного порядка), ч.1 ст.293 (Массовые беспорядки), ч.1 ст.130 (Разжигание вражды), ч.3 ст.361 (Призывы к санкциям).

В 2021 году Коршуна уже судили за телеграм-сообщение. Тогда комментарий был написан в сентябре 2020 под постом про военнослужащего, которого мужчина принял за омоновца. В тот раз Коршуну присудили 2 месяца ареста.
