Конституционный суд России рассмотрит жалобу псковского «Яблока» на основания для отказа в регистрации списков партии на муниципальные выборы 2023 года в Псковской области в связи со сроком внесения сведений о назначенном председателе регионального отделения партии Артуре Гайдуке в Единый государственный реестр юридических лиц (ЕГРЮЛ). Об этом Псковской Ленте Новостей сообщили в региональном отделении партии.
Жалоба принята к рассмотрению на заседании суда 16 января. В отделении партии отметили, что это первая жалоба псковского «Яблока», принятая к рассмотрению Конституционным судом.

During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
