В результате массированной атаки ударных БПЛА противника по энергетическим объектам Херсонской и Запорожской областей произошло аварийное отключение электроснабжения. Без электроснабжения временно остались 457 населенных пунктов области, отключение затронуло более 600 000 абонентов.
В городе Бердянске, Мелитополе, Каменско-Днепровском, Куйбышевском, Михайловском муниципальных округах электроснабжение восстановлено.
В Бердянске на данный момент идет подключение к электроэнергии станции первого подъема водоканала. В самом городе канализационные и повысительные насосные станции в большинстве уже под напряжением. Откачка стоков началась. Две насосные станции, где с подключением возникли проблемы, будут запитаны от генераторов. Работы не останавливаются ни на минуту.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
