Сообщают, что после установки октябрьского кумулятивного апдейта на Windows 11, приложения не могут связаться с адресом localhost, выдавая ошибку протокола http2.
Это приводит к тому, что многие приложения (в частности, сетевые игры или приложения для разработчиков, вроде Visual Studio, IIS или .NET) не могут работать, поскольку не видят свой собственный сервер (а он запущен, напомним, локально).
Решение, к счастью, есть, достаточно удалить апдейты под номерами kb5066835, kb5066131, kb5064401, kb5065426 и kb5065789 и перезагрузить ПК. Или, как вариант, полезть в реестр и руками отключить протокол http2 для приложений.
