Всё просто:

Помойте голову 2 раза самым обычным сульфатным шампунем с утра, не перед сном! Например:

На длину как обычно кондиционер. Не использовать стайлинг на корни, никаких сухих шампуней и присыпок для объема.

🟡Если голова грязная к вечеру или на след день - жирный тип

🟣Голова грязная на следующий день после мытья, но можно ходить с хвостом- тоже жирный тип

🔵Голова грязная на 3/4 день-нормальный тип

🟢Голова грязная на 5 день-сухой тип кожи головы(такой встречается очень редко, когда люди реально могут раз в неделю мыть голову и всё ок. Обычно обладательницы кудрявых, пористых волос, азиатки)

❗️❗️❗️И никак жирную кожу головы не переучить! Избыток выделяющегося секрета образует липидную пленку, что способствует размножению грибков и бактерий, а они, в свою очередь, становятся источником перхоти. Так что просто делайте пилинги, используйте шампуни для объема, которые будут продлевать свежесть у корней

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
