О посещении Послом России в Китае Игорем Моргуловым Российского визового центра

19 мая Посол России в Китае Игорь Моргулов посетил новый офис российского визового центра, расположенный в г.Пекине. Глава дипмиссии ознакомился с организацией работы по оформлению виз, пообщался с генеральным директором оператора российских визовых центров в КНР — China International Technology Cooperation Ltd Чжоу Пэйхэном и сотрудниками учреждения.

Посол, в частности, отметил динамично растущие объемы российско-китайских деловых контактов и туристических обменов, что требует четкой и слаженной работы визовых центров в Китае, создания комфортных условий для граждан КНР и третьих стран, обращающихся за получением российских виз.

В 2024 году общее количество виз, выданных российским визовым центром в г.Пекине, превысило 40 тыс. единиц.

На память о встрече Игорь Моргулов подарил коллективу визового центра портреты лидеров России и Китая работы известного китайского художника Юй Гуаншэна.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
