شاهرُخ‌میرزا یا شاهرخ افشار (۱۱۱۲ تا ۱۱۷۵) چهارمین پادشاه دودمان افشاریان ایران بود. وی بزرگترین فرزند رضاقلی میرزا؛ ولیعد نادرشاه و نوهٔ دختری شاه سلطان حسین صفوی بود. شاهرخ‌میرزا که از ۱۱۲۷ تا ۱۱۲۹ خورشیدی (۲ سال) بر ایران پادشاهی کرد، جانشین ابراهیم‌شاه بود. همچنین شاهرخ‌میرزا از ۱۱۲۹ تا ۱۱۷۴ خورشیدی (۱۲۱۰ ق.) فقط حاکم مشهد بود. بناي خانقاه شاهرخ يکي از چهار بنائي است که مجموعه امامزاده جعفر را تشکيل مي دهد.و به ضلع شمال غربي امامزاده اتصال دارد. این بنا دارای گنبدی مدور و کوچک است و ارتفاع این ساختمان نیز در حدود 11 متر است و به نام مقبره شاهرخ میرزا شناخته می شود. قدمت این مکان به دوران سلجوقی بر می گردد.
