Хоть квази-коммунизм в КНР, хоть традиционный-исламизм в Саудовской Аравии, хоть конъюнктурный в РФ, хоть право-консервативный или лево-либеральный в демократическом Западе, все они будут вынуждены или принять, внедрить и развить технологии цифрового контроля, или выйдут из конкурентной гонки. Будут отличаться только этические оправдания и рейтинги «хорошо-плохо». Собственно, внутри демократических стран сейчас и будет конфликт не за то «контролировать или не контролировать», «строить цифровой гулаг или не строить цифровой гулаг», а за то «чей будет контроль и цифровой гулаг». И кто соотвественно станет плохим, а кто хорошим.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
