На секции о реформе местного самоуправления в рамках Иркутского международного экономического форума оценку происходящим изменениям в системе МСУ дали мэры и депутаты разного уровня.

Выводы следующие:

✅ В результате ликвидации выборности глав муниципалитетов, ликвидации двухуровневой системы местного самоуправления, перехода к муниципальным округам происходит удаление власти от людей. В условиях Сибири это могут многие десятки и даже сотни километров.

✅ Проблемы местного уровня могут быть задвинуты на задний план и даже забыты вообще. Что приведёт к деградации, обезлюдению значительных территорий. К росту социального напряжения.

❗️Форум предлагает не спешить с реализацией реформы в текущем её виде.
