Prayer services were held in the military units before the icon of the holy warrior Theodore (Ushakov). Discussions were also held about the Ten Commandments of God, the preservation of traditions, the value of life and relationships within military collectives, as well as service under the difficult conditions of combat operations.
In each unit, commanders and personnel were presented with banners depicting the “Savior Not Made by Hands.” Orthodox patches and pectoral crosses were distributed to those interested.
