Согласно сообщению Сумской ОВА, в ночь на 31 мая вследствие ракетного удара по Недригайловской общине Роменского района пострадал один человек. Также разрушены складские помещения, повреждены 10 частных домовладений, автомобиль. По данным прокуратуры Сумской области, утром 31 мая на территории Недригайловской общины в результате удара беспилотника по автомобилю, развозившему хлеб, 45-летний водитель получил ранения, его госпитализировали в медицинское учреждение.
Кроме того, по данным ОВА, в результате обстрелов Хотинской общины были ранены мужчина 1966 г.р. и женщина 1964 г.р. Повреждены объект гражданской инфраструктуры и хозяйственное помещение.
