В мой телеграм-канал неоднократно поступали обращения по затоплению подвальных помещений в домах на улице Чехова, д. 19 и на улице 50 лет Комсомола, д. 21.
Вместе с представителями управляющей компании и сотрудниками филиала МУП «Межрайонный Щёлковский водоканал» выявили причину, ведутся работы по устранения последствий засора, сбой устранён.

Также ведутся работы на 1-м Добролюбовском проезде - прорыв водопровода. В связи с устранением аварии на сети перекрыто движение автотранспорта.
Прошу выбирать пути объезда.
Планируемое время окончания работ - 16.00.

Все службы на местах. Вопросы на контроле.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
