В выступлении рассказывала об американском законе FARA ещё от 1938 года, который вроде бы задумывался для блокирования деятельности агентов влияния Третьего рейха, но не очень-то помешал, например, проведению 20 февраля 1939 года слёта нацистов в Медисон сквер-гардене в Нью-Йорке. От фашизма США в итоге спас не этот закон, а Советский Союз.
Упоминала также и то, что уже публиковала в ТГ об обнародованном в День смеха и дураков британском усиленном режиме контроля против России в рамках будущей cхемы регистрации иностранного влияния (FIRS).

That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
