Если где-то в цепочке предыдущих собственников окажется бабушка-божий одуванчик, которую мошенники развели на заключение якобы «фиктивной» продажи квартиры для перевода денег на «защищенный счет», — то у вас вашу честно купленную у кого-то другого квартиру с немаленькой вероятностью могут просто тупо отобрать по суду.
