При этом, по данным Росстата, средняя зарплата в Уфе по итогам 2024 года составила 87 тысяч рублей, т.е. предлагаемая оплата труда инженеров Управлением жилищного хозяйства ниже средней зарплаты уфимцев более 2 раза.
Чтобы стать инженером необходимо 4 года отучиться в университете. Кроме того, стоимость обучения составляет около млн рублей, которое оплачивает, или государство, либо студент или его родители. Необходимо также добавить другие затраты студента.
Зато размер вознаграждения курьеров соответствует среднему уровню зарплат жителей Уфы.
