نمی‌دونم چطور بگم ولی بعضی آدم‌ها خیلی باحالن؛ خوب ارتباط می‌گیرن، قشنگ حرف میزنن، نحوه‌ی رفتارشون حساب شده‌ست، حد‌ومرزهایی که باید رو رعایت میکنن، می‌دونن چی رو کِی بگن و کجا بگن که بیشترین تاثیر رو بذاره، مودبن، دایره‌ی لغاتشون گسترده‌ست، باهاشون که وقت میگذرونی یه جون به جون‌هات و یه هدف به لیست اهدافت اضافه میشه، تیکه کلام‌های خاص خودشون رو دارن، تقریبا از پس هر چالشی بر میان، برای هر مشکلی کلی راه حل ارائه میدن و ذهنشون بازه، به جزییات توجه نشون میدن، عمیقا حمایتگرن و به دور از حواشی، برای این جهان پهناور ارزش خلق میکنن. درود بر آدم‌های باحال!

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
