في إطار خطة دمج الريف بالمدينة، عقدت لجنة الدمج اجتماعًا موسعًا جمع ممثلين عن المجالس المحلية، والبلديات، والمديريات الخدمية التابعة لها، بهدف بحث آليات الدمج المؤسسي والإداري ضمن المؤسسات السورية.
حضر الاجتماع كل من:
• أ.أحمد ياسين، رئيس لجنة الدمج
• أ. محمد علي العزيز، رئيس مجلس مدينة حلب
إضافة إلى عدد من مديري المديريات الخدمية في محافظة حلب.
ناقش الاجتماع محاور متعددة تتعلق بعملية دمج الكوادر الإدارية والمؤسسات الخدمية، وتسليم الملفات، وتنظيم سجلات الموظفين والأصول والمشاريع القائمة.
قامت اللجنة بالرد على كافة الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل ممثلي المجالس المحلية والبلديات.
وأكدت اللجنة على ضرورة الإسراع في استكمال الإجراءات المطلوبة، لإنهاء جميع الملفات التنظيمية، بما يضمن انتقالًا سلسًا ومنظمًا في إطار عملية الدمج
