Калининский районный суд г. Уфы вынес приговор по уголовному делу в отношении местной жительницы.
Она признана виновной по ст. 151.1 УК РФ (розничная продажа несовершеннолетним алкогольной продукции).
В суде установлено, что женщина, являясь продавцом торговой точки на остановке общественного транспорта, в марте 2024 года продала пиво 16-летнему подростку.
На данный факт обратили внимание бдительные граждане, ожидавшие общественный транспорт, которые сообщили в правоохранительные органы.
Ранее она уже неоднократно привлекалась к административной ответственности по ч. 2.1 ст. 14.16 КоАП РФ (розничная продажа алкогольной продукции несовершеннолетнему) и была оштрафована на 60 тыс. рублей.
Подсудимая признала вину в совершении преступления.
Суд назначил ей наказание в виде 6 месяцев исправительных работ с удержанием 5 % заработка в доход государства. Приговор не вступил в законную силу.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
