21 июня 1941 года ректор МГУ подписал очередные приказы — они касались проведения государственных экзаменов на факультетах, летних отпусков преподавателей, приема на факультеты новых групп аспирантов. Прошло всего два дня, и появились приказы совсем иного рода: о крутой перестройке научной и учебной работы, о порядке расчета с работниками, уходящими на фронт. А причиной всему – война.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
