⚡️Калининградским школьникам на «Уроке цифры» рассказали о кибербезопасности и нейросетях

✅Очное занятие на тему «Кибербезопасность и искусственный интеллект» прошло для учеников 10 классов школы № 19 Калининграда.

✅Экспертный блок и интерактивную часть подготовила DevOps engineer «Лаборатории Касперского» Алия Моисеева. Она рассказала ребятам о том, как злоумышленники используют возможности нейросетей и как сделать работу с искусственным интеллектом безопасной.

✅Со старшеклассниками разобрали ситуацию, в которой во время использования для подготовки доклада безобидного на первый взгляд чат-бота со встроенным ИИ, был скачан файл с вирусами.

‼️«Кибербезопасность и искусственный интеллект — это два ведущих технологических тренда. Школьники испытывают особенный интерес к сервисам на основе ИИ. Поэтому важно, чтобы ребята понимали принципы работы таких сервисов и возможные риски и угрозы, - отметила и.о министра цифровых технологий и связи Калининградской области Анастасия Голубых.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
