Футбол в Таганроге - это больше, чем спорт. Это образ жизни для многих таганрожцев - футболистов, тренеров, детских футбольных команд, болельщиков. Благодаря компании "ФОРТЕ" у таганрожцев с 2020 года есть возможность смотреть большой футбол вживую, на обновлённом стадионе "Форте Арена". Именно там сегодня я и побывал. Встретились с директором стадиона Валерием Быковым, обсудили подготовку стадиона и самого поля к новому сезону. Новый сезон наша команда "ФОРТЕ" начинает в новом дивизионе. Первый домашний матч стартует 1 марта. Футбольный клуб "ФОРТЕ" примет команду из Мурома. Я уверен, что нас ждут незабываемые, эмоциональные игры и яркий сезон. Пользуясь случаем от всего депутатского корпуса поздравил Валерия Юрьевича с юбилеем и вручил ему Почетную грамоту Городской Думы.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
