Москвичи на самом деле - одни из самых активных людей на планете. Точно активнее парижан или берлинцев. У москвичей сейчас огромный запрос на диалог и на включение в принятие решений.
И стройкомплексу придется с этим считаться.
Я пока вижу решение ситуации в запредельном ужесточении строительных регламентов, снижении прибыли застройщиков, во включении во все градостроительные комиссии жителей, в увеличении роли публичных слушаний.
А также с любопытством жду как ЕР будет выигрывать выборы в Кунцево, я вариантов не вижу для них)))
