В должности начальника блока HR она с конца января 2024. В связи с острым кадровым дефицитом Рахманова начала внедрять систему приглашений сотрудников через сайты объявлений по поиску работы.
Рахманова уволилась по собственному желанию. Временно исполнять обязанности руководителя будет приезжая чиновница - заместитель начальника управления Анна Микурова.
