Декан исторического факультета БГУ Александр Кохановский выступил с приветственным словом на пленарном заседании Международной научно-практической конференции «Архивный диалог: от Великой Победы к мирной жизни: к 80-летию Победы в Великой Отечественной войне», состоявшейся на площадке Национального архива Республики Беларусь 22 мая.

Научный форум объединил более 60 специалистов в области архивного дела и документоведения. С приветственными словами к академическому сообществу также обратились директор Департамента по архивам и делопроизводству Министерства юстиции Республики Беларусь Олег Воинов, директор Института истории Национальной академии наук Беларуси Вадим Лакиза.

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
