Здесь с самого утра работала техника, при помощи которой удалось создать искусственные насыпи. <...> Уже была проведена частичная эвакуация. Все необходимые меры в случае любого развития событий предприняты, подготовлен транспорт и пункт временного размещения", - написал он.
По словам главы муниципалитета, для жителей населенного пункта организован подвоз питьевой воды, власти помогают им с вывозом вещей из зоны подтопления. Он назвал ситуацию "непростой".

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
