Председатель партии «Коммунисты России» Сергей Малинкович в беседе с «Абзацем» предложил ввести в общественном транспорте специализированные места для беременных и пожилых людей. По его мнению, нарушителей, которые в обход правил будут садиться туда, нужно привлекать к административной ответственности:
