В Рязани устанавливают запрещающие дорожные знаки для езды на электросамокатах. Цель — сделать общественные места более комфортными и безопасными.

🛴 В городе услуги проката самокатов предоставляют две компании — Вуш и Юрент. Соглашения с администрацией позволили обновить ряд правил для пользователей средств индивидуальной мобильности:

📍по расположению парковок,
📍по ограничению скорости,
📍на запрет движения на пешеходных участках

⛔ Запрещающие знаки уже установили в Верхнем и Нижнем городских парках, на улице Почтовой.

❗Важно! Запрещённые для движения участки отмечены дорожными знаками не только на местах, но и в приложениях. Если электросамокат заедет на такой участок, он автоматически прекратит работать.

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
