Взяла проект у российской компании, которая активно продвигается за границей. Нужно было вести страницы в LinkedIn для менеджеров-иностранцев. С заказчиком общались на русском.
Как к менеджеру ко мне претензий не было. Посчитала бюджет, нашла авторов, написала процессы, сделала систему аналитики.
Потом первый раз взяла интервью у иностранца. И мне сказали, что мой уровень английского не соответствует ожиданиям. На этом расстались.
Сейчас планирую полгода работать на русском языке и параллельно подтягивать английский. Потом сдам IELTS и буду снова пытаться работать за рубежом.
Конечно, мне неприятно публично делиться своими провалами. Но решила об этом написать, потому что ошибаться — нормально. Все гладко только у тех, кто не готов ничего менять.

Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
