По данным ведомства, 36-летний мужчина за рулем «Хонды ЦРВ» сбил 12-летнего велосипедиста на «зебре» по улице Дорожной. Ребенка доставили в медучреждение с ушибами.
Позже выяснилось, что гражданин, управлявший иномаркой, не имеет водительских прав. Также он не захотел проходить тест на состояние опьянения.
